Case Study

No we’re not talking about some dry academic or scientific document – they’re basically a “success story” told (at least in part) from the perspective of a happy customer.

A story that buyers find really hard to resist! They tend to work better than a brochure or website because they’re more convincing. And that’s because they contain that all important third party endorsement. In other words, it’s like a testimonial – only better!

A case study can be used in a number of different ways such as:

1. Use it in a Press release
2. Mail or email to prospects and customers – a terrific way to keep in touch or create awareness of your products and services
3. Use for sales presentations
4. Publish on your website
5. Use it as a story in a Newsletter – real life stories always attract high readership
6. Use in place of testimonials – in advertisements, brochures, flyers. (With your clients’ permission of course)
7. Use as a handout at Trade shows – turn one into a large colourful poster and place on a wall

Have an idea to use a Case Study in your  marketing but don't know the right way to write one?
